Your whole catalogue, release-ready
Keep your complete release catalogue in one place. Every release carries full metadata, artwork including motion artwork, Dolby Atmos and hi-res masters, and synced lyrics. We assign ISRC and UPC codes automatically, so you don't manage code ranges by hand. Schedule a release ahead of time and we deliver it on the date you set. Every change lands in the audit trail: who edited what, and when.
- Motion artwork, Dolby Atmos and hi-res masters
- Synced lyrics on every track
- Automatic ISRC and UPC assignment
- Release scheduling with a full audit trail

One submission, 35+ stores, 195 countries
Submit a release once and we deliver it to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, TikTok, Deezer, Tidal, Instagram, Facebook, Pandora and the rest of the 35+ stores in 195 countries. The dashboard shows delivery status per store, so you can see which stores are live and which are still processing. Takedowns and post-release edits run from the same screen. Update metadata or pull a release, and we push the change through our delivery network to every store.
- 35+ stores in 195 countries from one submission
- Per-store delivery status in the dashboard
- Takedowns and post-release edits in the same place

Song-level splits with automatic escrow
Define revenue splits per release or per individual song; a song-level split overrides the release-wide default. Set a split once and replicate it across many songs in one action. Recipients can be artists, contributors or team members. If you add a split for an artist who hasn't joined BBN yet, their share goes into automatic escrow: we hold the money and release it the moment they accept their invite. You can sign an artist today, set the split today, and let the earnings wait for them.
- Splits per release and per individual song
- Replicate one split across many songs in one action
- Automatic escrow until invited artists join
- Recipients: artists, contributors or team members

And everything else
Unlimited artists, one label account
Run your whole roster from one label account, with unlimited artists and unlimited releases. Invite team members by email and assign Manager or Artist roles: managers run the label, artists see their own releases and earnings. Writers, producers and engineers go into a shared contributor pool — enter each one once, credit them on any release. When the catalogue gets big, select up to 50 releases and reschedule, update or organize them in one bulk action.
Royalties in, payouts out
Your label gets a KYB-verified wallet and withdraws to its IBAN by SEPA transfer. Revenue is tracked by store, territory and period, with a full transaction history behind every number. For accounting, planning and conversations with your artists, there's a year-in-review summary covering twelve months.
Publishing and CWR, when you're ready
If your label is a PRO member with an IPI number, you run publishing right next to distribution. You capture writer credits and publisher shares per song and export CWR for GEMA and other CISAC societies. Composition metadata is registered for PRO royalty collection on every release, with your label as publisher of record. CWR and GEMA are normal here, not an enterprise add-on. Master-only labels skip the layer entirely and release as usual.
Artist contracts in one place
Manage recording, distribution, license and 360 contracts for every artist on the roster. Each contract carries its status and documents, so you can check what's signed, what's pending and what expires when. Native e-signature is rolling out: artists sign right inside the suite.
Analytics by store, territory and artist
Break streams and revenue down by store and territory, for the whole label, a single artist or one release. From pre-save and share pages you also get conversion rates and a geographic breakdown, so you can tell which campaigns and which markets deliver. The numbers come from the same data as your payouts — use them for release planning, roster decisions and per-market promotion.
A share page with pre-save for every release
Every release gets its own share landing page with pre-save for Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer and Tidal. Fans pre-save before release day and can auto-follow the artist at the same time. On release day, the release lands in their libraries automatically. Share one link everywhere.
White-label storefronts on your domain
Run a white-label storefront for the label, or one per artist, with custom branding and a custom domain. Storefronts pull straight from the catalogue, so new releases show up without extra upkeep.
Built in Germany, compliant by default
BBN Music GmbH builds the Label Suite in Germany. Every payout sits behind KYB verification, data handling follows the GDPR, passkey sign-in works without passwords, and every change in the catalogue is recorded in the audit trail. The platform runs in English and German, so an international roster and a German accountant read the same numbers.
On the roadmap
Royalty statement ingestion from any source
Import royalty statements from every store and service you work with, in whatever format they arrive. Each line is matched to your catalogue automatically, and earnings from outside BBN flow into the same splits, wallets and reports as your BBN revenue.
Advances and recoupment ledger
Record advances per artist and recoup them against incoming earnings automatically. You see the open balance at any time, and once an advance is recouped, the artist's splits start paying out again.
Artist statements and payee portal under your brand
Your artists get self-serve royalty statements in a payee portal that carries your label's branding. They check earnings, statements and payout history on their own.
UGC monetization with Content ID
Content ID claiming across YouTube, TikTok and Meta lets you collect on fan uploads, edits and clips. Claims and earnings land in the same dashboard as your store revenue.
Managed catalogue migration
Switch to BBN without taking your catalogue offline. We move your releases for you, metadata, audio and identifiers included, while they stay live in every store. Streams, links and playlists keep working throughout.
Public API
A public API exposes catalogue, release, analytics and royalty data. Connect the Label Suite to your accounting software, your website or internal tools you build yourself.
Frequently asked questions
What is the BBN Label Suite?
The BBN Label Suite is label management software for independent record labels. One account covers distribution to 35+ stores in 195 countries, song-level revenue splits with automatic escrow, royalty payouts, opt-in publishing with CWR export, artist contracts and analytics. Artists and releases are unlimited, and Manager and Artist roles cover your team.
How does Label Suite pricing work?
Label plans are priced individually, because every roster and catalogue looks different. Write to support@bbn.music and we put together a plan that fits your label. Solo artists start self-serve right away: on the free tier you keep 97% of revenue, on the €12/year tier 100%. Both work as entry points before a label plan.
How do splits and escrow work?
You define who earns what per release or per individual song; song-level splits override the release-wide default, and one action replicates a split across many songs. Recipients can be artists, contributors or team members. If a recipient hasn't joined BBN yet, their share goes into automatic escrow and is released the moment they accept their invite.
Do I need a publishing setup or GEMA membership?
No. Publishing is opt-in. If your label is a member of a PRO such as GEMA and has an IPI number, you capture writer credits and publisher shares per song, export CWR and register your compositions for royalty collection, with your label as publisher of record. Master-only labels skip the publishing layer entirely and release as usual.
How do payouts work?
Your label completes a one-time KYB verification and gets a label wallet. Earnings collect in the wallet, tracked by store, territory and period, and you withdraw to your IBAN via SEPA transfer. A full transaction history backs every payout, and year-in-review summaries keep accounting straightforward for you and your tax advisor.
Can I bring my existing catalogue to BBN?
Yes. You can deliver your existing catalogue through the Label Suite today, and managed catalogue migration is on our roadmap: we move your releases over while they stay live in every store, so streams and links keep working. Write to support@bbn.music and we plan the move together.
What team roles does the Label Suite support?
Two roles: Manager and Artist. Managers run the label: catalogue, distribution, splits, payouts and contracts. Artists see their own releases and earnings. You invite each person by email. Shared contributors such as writers, producers and engineers are entered once and credited on any release across the roster.
Which stores does BBN deliver to?
BBN delivers to 35+ stores in 195 countries, including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, TikTok, Deezer, Tidal, Instagram, Facebook and Pandora. One submission covers every store, and the dashboard shows per-store delivery status. The full, current store list is on our distribution page at /distribute.
