When BBN Agency Suite is the better fit

Choose the Agency Suite if your agency bills in euros and wants promoters working inside the booking. Each booking has a portal link for the advance, documents and messages. Contracts are signed inside the suite with name, time and a content hash, so there is no separate signing service to pay for. Invoices print reverse charge and small-business notes and run three reminder levels. Contracts, invoices and promoter pages go out in English or German. One login covers up to 5 agencies. Early access has no billing yet; apply at /apply/agency.

When Overture fits better

Choose Overture if you settle shows in several currencies. It runs settlements and artist statements with live exchange rates, handles withholding tax, takes card payments through Stripe and ships an Artist App for iOS and Android that works offline. Pricing is £1,040 a year including 2 agent licences, plus £520 per extra agent, excluding VAT. Xero and QuickBooks connect through Zapier.

Frequently asked questions

Is the BBN Agency Suite an Overture alternative?

For agencies working in euros, yes. Both cover bookings, contracts, invoices, itineraries and artist access. Overture is ahead on settlements, statements in several currencies, the Artist App and accounting connections through Zapier. The Agency Suite brings online signing without a third-party service, a promoter portal per booking and contracts and invoices in English or German. Apply at /apply/agency for early access.

How does pricing compare?

Overture charges £1,040 a year with 2 agent licences included, plus £520 for each extra agent, excluding VAT. Artist accounts are unlimited. The Agency Suite is in early access with no billing yet.

Can the Agency Suite do settlements like Overture?

Not today. The Agency Suite tracks artist fees and booking fees per booking, shows invoiced, paid and overdue amounts by month and artist, and exports bookings, invoices and an accounting journal as CSV. Show settlements and artist statements are not part of it, and bookings are in euros.
