When BBN Agency Suite is the better fit

Choose the Agency Suite if your agency books in euros and wants the promoter working inside the booking. Every booking gets a portal link where the promoter fills in the advance, swaps documents and messages your team, and email replies land in the same thread. Contracts come from your clause library in English or German; the promoter signs online and you countersign. Artist fee and booking fee invoices run on your own number sequence, with reminders on day 3, 14 and 28 after the due date. Early access has no billing yet. Apply at /apply/agency.

When System One fits better

Choose System One if you need a mature tool in full today. It costs €80 a month plus €42 per agent or user, so one agent pays €122 a month. You get offers through the request form, Peppol e-invoices, invoices in several currencies, iCal and Google Calendar feeds, an exclusivity radius on a map and a mobile app for artists and crew. The interface runs in five languages.

Frequently asked questions

Is the BBN Agency Suite a System One alternative?

For agencies that bill in euros and work closely with promoters, yes. Both cover bookings with conflict checks, online contract signing, invoices with VAT handling, advancing and itineraries. System One is ahead on offers, e-invoicing, multi-currency invoices, calendar import and its mobile app. The Agency Suite adds a promoter portal per booking and email import by paste or drop. It is in early access; apply at /apply/agency.

What does System One cost compared to the Agency Suite?

System One charges €80 a month plus €42 for every agent or user, so one user costs €122 a month. The Agency Suite is in early access with no billing yet.

How do holds and offers work in each tool?

In the Agency Suite each booking holds one date with an option deadline; when it passes, the assignee gets a task. Fee, deal type and booking fee live on the booking and carry into the contract, without a separate offer sheet. In System One, promoters can submit offers through your request form, and you answer with a quote.
